Reediees is a place for people to share stories, experiences, and perspectives. We want it to remain a welcoming, respectful, and safe community.
By submitting or interacting with content on Reediees, please follow these guidelines.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other people with basic respect.
Do not use Reediees to harass, threaten, bully, shame, or deliberately target another person.
Disagreements are okay. Personal attacks are not.
2. Share Responsibly
Only submit stories that you have the right to share.
If your story involves another person, avoid revealing unnecessary personal information about them.
Please do not publish someone’s:
- Phone number
- Home address
- Email address
- Passwords
- Financial information
- Private messages or documents
- Other sensitive personal information
without appropriate permission.
3. Anonymous Stories
You can choose to publish a story as Anonymous.
Choosing Anonymous does not mean that the submission is completely untraceable to Reediees administrators. Account and technical information may still be retained as necessary to operate and protect the website.
4. No Hate or Harassment
Do not submit content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics.
Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, and encouragement of violence are not allowed.
5. No Illegal or Dangerous Content
Do not use Reediees to encourage or facilitate illegal activity, serious harm, violence, or dangerous wrongdoing.
6. Respect Other People’s Privacy
Reediees is about sharing stories, not exposing people.
When telling a real-life story, consider using changed names or removing identifying details when appropriate.
7. Original or Authorized Content
Only submit content that you created yourself or have permission to share.
Do not copy someone else’s article, story, photograph, or other copyrighted material and present it as your own.
8. Fiction and Creative Stories
Fiction and creative writing may be shared when allowed by the relevant category or website rules.
Please do not deliberately present fabricated allegations about real people as factual events.
9. No Spam or Self-Promotion Abuse
Do not repeatedly submit advertisements, spam, referral links, promotional material, or unrelated content.
10. Story Review
Stories submitted to Reediees may be reviewed before publication.
We may reject, edit, restrict, or remove content that violates these guidelines or creates a reasonable risk to the community or website.
Not every submission will necessarily be published.
11. Reporting Content
If you believe a story, comment, or other content violates these guidelines, please contact Reediees through the contact information provided on the website.
12. Changes to These Guidelines
These guidelines may be updated as Reediees grows and new features are introduced.
